Ing. Karel Kubias, M.B.A.

Karel studied chemistry at TH Merseburg, Germany. He gained his broad professional knowledge and skills during 24 years in various management positions at multinational chemical and pharmaceutical company Merck KGaA. Karel worked last 9 years in executive positions – first as Managing Director of Merck spol. s r.o.. Prague and then acquired further experience on the international level as Regional sales director for the region EEMEA (Eastern Europe, Middle East & Africa) of Merck Millipore division. Karel holds an MBA in Healthcare Management (Aubern University program).

Passion for people development and belief in human potential has led Karel to become a certified coach (EMCC and ICF).

Karel established own company Kubias Consulting with focus on Executive coaching and providing trainings in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Business Ethics.
